Return Policy

What’s your return policy?

We do offer returns and exchanges within 30 calendar days of purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your game or if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at support@wallydogproductions.com. You will be responsible for mailing the item to us in like-new condition. 

Can I exchange an item for a different one?

If you've changed your mind and would like a different case, you can exchange it. Once we've received your return, we will issue you a discount code for the item you would prefer or issue you a refund in the amount of the price difference. The discount code we issue will include shipping costs on the replacement item (you shouldn't have to pay that twice!).
